Google Home not connecting

Kitchen Google home no longer works. Audio says not connected to WiFi and to download app. ??? Of course I have the app already downloaded. Our Google home upstairs is still working fine.
Of course I’ve tried unplugging modem/router and Google home. Now what?

Apologies for the late response as well as the experience you've had with your Google Home.

Since rebooting is already done, let's go ahead and try to reset your Google Home to see if this works. Please follow the steps on this link to completely reset your device and as soon as it is done, let's proceed on setting it up again.
