Thanks for reaching out. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to get music playing on your device. First, I have some questions.

Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is this a new issue? Were you able to play music before?
Are you seeing or hearing any error messages? If so, what does it say?
Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps on the device itself?
