I have a Youtube Premium account with many video playlists.

Is it possible to request my Nest Hub to play a Youtube video playlist rather than cast it from a phone or PC?

You can play content on demand once you have a premium YouTube subscription. You can hear specific songs, albums, and/or artists along with music based on genre, mood, activity, or YouTube Music's curated playlists. I did find a helpful link with more details.
