Package notification on my phone?

Cannot determine why my camera is not alerting when packages are left..Have turned on settings. .....Very disappointed in their results.

I assume you are referring to the Door Bell camera. If so, just double check that you have the package notification on, when to send is always. Mine has worked reliably.
