I have a google nest audio, but i have som issue with the music that sometimes is cracking, i've red that i just schould turn the ultrasound off, but i cant find anything about the ultrasound in the google home app

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Google Nest Audio. Please note that ultrasound sensing is only available on Nest Mini, Nest Hub Max, and Nest WiFi devices. I have questions about your Nest Audio - when did the issue start? How often does it happen? Are you using the original power cable that comes with the package? Does it happen on random music? Also, please tell us the steps that you've done.
