&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! That does not sound great that your Google Nest Hub is unable to connect or work again. I would be more than happy to look into this issue. First, I have some questions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you see any damage on the display itself?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can you please try to do a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3aevCOg" target="_blank"&gt;Factory Data Reset&lt;/A&gt;? Is there any improvement?
 &lt;UL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;/UL&gt;
