Play ALL audio output from mini to Bluetooth speaker.

I have my mini connected to Bluetooth speakers and set as the default music speaker, but I want ALL of the mini's audio output to play through the speakers, not just music. Is this even possible? It works fine when I play Spotify, but when I talk to the assistant it answers through the mini's built in speaker. I tried casting my phone's audio to the mini and it played through the built in speaker, not the Bluetooth speaker.
