Google Nest Hub Max

Set up Nest Hub Max, everything has been working fine and then today it got stuck on a picture frame. We unplugged it and then plugged it back in and now it work connect to the WiFi. And our Google Home said it was offline, we deleted it and then tried to find it again to no avail. The screen is white and if you swipe right the clock comes on. Can't use camera or anything. WiFi is fine, all other devices are working. Not sure what to do next.
