Hey Jeff, not the right place for this question (Google Play) but I can provide the info you need to set up the Nest Hub. First, there's a setup flow that is automatic when it's first plugged in did you follow those instructions? Since you haven't said, we have no idea where you need help. You can find guidance on setting up your device here.
