Hi,

I had to change my WiFi router and now I am no longer able to connect a Mobvoi Tic home or Cambridge audio yolo to the Google home app. Tried factory resets, and I just get the same message "The device has a few extra steps before you can start set up. Go to the help center to learn more". When you go to the help center it just directs you to a non-existent device utility app.
