Volume issues when using live view in home and nest on google max?

Hi all.

When using my max, in live view – say from miles away on my phone to my house – my speech is very quiet and pretty useless! That’s just an example, it also happens when home – near the device.

It happens when using either the nest app and google home?

It seems to work with my daughters iphone but not me and my wifes Samsung?

Also, when you speak to the max in live view (on the max side of the conversation) you can hear yourself repeated, sort of feedback like.

All setting at least seem correct – anything I could be missing?

Also - duo works perfectly across all devices.

e2a. it seems the mic on the max is being used for both the max and phone at the same time!

Looks like a Samsung in general issue. HERE

Wish i knew that before i bought 2!
