Thank you for your post. I would be more than happy to help answer any questions you have. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

Could you please give me some more information and examples of the issue you are having?
What country are you located in?
Is your Google Nest Mini showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what does it say?
Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements?
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
- Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
