Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern, I listen to my music everyday so I understand how frustrating this issue can be. I would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of the situation.

Which Google devices is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Does this issue happen with all types of media? (Spotify, YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
Does this issue occur when the devices are by themselves or only in groups?
By 'home group', do you mean the speaker group feature?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? What you have you attempted so far?
