A window pops up and says operation cannot be completed when trying to pair Home and Mini.

Thanks for your message. Oh no! That is a very frustrating issue to not be able to connect your Google Nest Mini with your Google Home. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of the situation.

Is this a new issue? Was the speaker groups option working before?
Have you tried to reboot and Factory Data Reset both of your devices?
A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
