Cannot 'open' Netflix

Hi, i recently bought Google Nest Hub 2. Although i have link my Netflix account to the Nest Hub, whenever i gives the command 'open Netflix', Netflix will not open but will instead link me to one of my Chromecast device (Xiaomi TV stick). I tried to delete the 'room' and restart everything again. Se problem occurs. Is there anyway i can unlink or delete my Xiaomi TV stick fm Nest Hub? Please advice. Thanks

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with removing your device from the Nest Hub, I know it can be confusing but I'm happy to help.

If you haven't already, I would try performing these steps.

Remove a device: Select the device, tap the Settings icon, and choose Remove device > Remove.
Unlink a device: Select the device > Unlink [device name] > Unlink.
Troubleshoot: Perform a factory reset, double-check Google Assistant settings, or delete the associated room or home.
