We have lost connection to local radio station through IHeart radio and keep getting error message ‘something went wrong’. Can still get other stations though.

Have done a factory reset, rebooted and turned power off and on but still no change. We have a Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen.

any suggestion what to do next?
