Hub Max not recognizing multiple faces and does not say good Morning to them.

Hi! We have set up voice & face recognition on the google hub Max but it only says good morning or shows my photo not my husband’s when he in front of it. Why is this?

This is disappointing to hear because I would like to put Hub Max through a test phase before I deploy it for the primary user(s). There is a good chance that the 90 year old will not want this and he will especially not want it if it is unimpressive. I get one shot and it needs to be quick, or else back to the store it goes.
