please log in through the google home app

Hi, I have two Nest Minis (2nd gen) that used to be paired and worked great. After I recently disconnected them from the power supply, I have not been able to have them work as a pair again. The Home app shows them paired, but one responds fine, and the other always says "please log in through the Google Home app". I have taken the following steps to no avail.

I have unpaired them and paired them again
I have changed their names (Nest Mini 1 to Left Mini, for example)
I have made sure both Nest Minis are on the same WiFi and in the same Home app room
The phone is also on the same WiFi and have restarted it multiple times
I have factory reset both Nest Minis
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Home app
I have deleted my Home app profile and reconnected it again
Both Nest Minis work fine independently when they are not paired

At this point I am out of options and cannot figure out why the Nest Minis no longer work as a pair.

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help with your devices not being paired? I know this is not an ideal situation.
