Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! I understand your concern, making a timer is an important feature! I would be more than happy to look into this issue and help find a solution. First, I have some questions regarding this issue.

Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is this a new issue? Were you able to make a timer before?
How are you making the timer? Via voice command?
Are you getting any error messages when you try to make a timer? What does it say?
Have you tried troubleshooting the device? If so, what have you attempted so far?
