Cannot get a Google Routine to play audio on a specific device - options all greyed out

Hi,

So I've set up a Routine in the Home app to do the following:

> Turn off bedroom lights
> Turn TV volume down to 0%
> Play 'white noise' on Master Bedroom Speaker

The first 2 rules work perfectly, but the White Noise comes from my phone, not the bedroom mini.

In the Routines section, I can't get the device audio selection screen to choose anything, all options are grayed out and the default is "Device for audio is the device that started this routine"

I know I am able to set a specific device as default to play my audio on for my routines, but primarily if I'm launching a routine from my phone, I would want the default to be 'My device'. OR have an option to set NO DEFAULT and then allow the greyed out selections to be selectable, so each Routine can use a different speaker, rather than having all routines stuck to playing on only the Default speaker choice of the trigger device.
