Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is this a new issue? Was your device playing your Apple Music before?
Does this happen with other types of media? (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
Are you seeing or hearing any error messages?
What happens when you command your device? Does the device respond?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? What you have you attempted so far?
