Can a second list be created that works like the shopping list

My wife and I use the shared shopping list all the time and it works great. I would like to create another list for Movies that would work the exact same way where could both access it on our phones and each of us could add items to it via google assistant.

I'm looking for the exact same functionality as the "Shared Shopping List", I just need a second one.

Mine is connected to Google keep and I use that for my shopping list instead of the built in one. I would imagine if you had a list called movies in Google keep and had it shared with each other, that could be a solution? I haven't actually tried it though so you'll have to let me know how it goes.

Yes you can. My wife and I have 2 lists on the go...one is called Shopping List while the other is called Costco Shopping List (you can call it whatever you want). You can then add items to whichever list by simply asking google to add 'X' to whichever list.

I can create a second list just fine, but how do you share it. When I try to shave via the "Share" option under the "snowman" (3 dots), it sends a link, but does not actually share the document with the other person. When my wife tried to open it up, it says, "This list does not exist or it has been deleted"

I appreciate everyone who shared their suggestions on sharing the shopping list on Google Home.

@jgboudreau - You can go ahead and follow these steps on how to share your shopping list.

You can share your list with others. When you share a list, anyone with access to the list can add, remove or leave the list.

Open the Google Home app .
At the top right, tap your account.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.
Go back to the home screen, then tap Settings .
Scroll down to "Services," then tap Notes and lists. Note: If asked, choose an app to open your list.
Tap Menu next to “My Shopping list” to view your lists.
Tap the list you're sharing share button .
Enter a name or email, or scroll through your contact lists. The person you add will appear under "List members."
Tap Save.
The person will be sent an email where they can agree to be part of the shared list.
When the person agrees to join the shared list, they need to make the shared list their primary list to start to view and manage the shared list.
