Google Nest Hub display not allowing Home monitoring features to turn on.

New Nest hub. Unable to do live streaming on camera. Using the Nest ap, I'm unable to set Home monitoring on. Keeps disabling the changes. Rebooted and factory reset with same result. Any help?

Same here. I can use the camera for Duo calls but can’t use the live stream or home monitoring features.

Any updates on this one?
I have removed the Max, factory reset, added it before other devices, created new home, etc.
still not working..maybe time to return it.
