Can I modify settings to have timers auto-cast to all devices?

Google's primary default setting is that the timers you set will only announce on the internal device that you set the timer on, not cast the timer on all devices. This is great if you want to have control over each one in the house and not disturb others, but when I set a timer in the kitchen and go upstairs for the duration of it, I want to be able to be notified that my timer is done upstairs, without going upstairs to set one manually. Is there a way to make it to where my Google Home will announce the timer to all devices when ready?
