Bluetooth connectivity

The Nest Hub says its is connected to my laptop. My laptop is paired and connected to the display. BUT, the Google device does not play music or video that I play on my laptop. What could be the problem? Please help

Hi KapurS,

You won't be able to play video over Bluetooth just audio. Have a look at the Google Nest help center link below and try following the steps listed.
