Portuguese support

Hey folks,

I ended up purchasing a Nest Hub under the assumption that since the Google Mini I owned already supported PT-BR, the Nest Hub wouldn't have issues with it, but even after a couple of updates it seems to not support it for any capacity. I was looking up if I might have done something wrong, and I stumbled on a pair of articles saying that the Nest Hub supported PT-BR (and Polish, they added to the article), but no specific information about how this was achieved.

So a pair of questions, does the Nest Hub support PT-BR, or if it does not now did it ever?

Second, if it indeed doesn't nor it was ever a consideration, why the expansion to other devices but not this one in particular, and why would Google choose not to do it when it should be a similar concept to be brought in from the Google Mini?
