Can u please explain to me how can i use google nest mini without wifi..only with data as a Bluetooth speaker? To listen to music from ny phone?

You can do this but you will need to connect it to Wi-Fi (with a functioning internet connection) at least once to do the first time setup.

If you do not have a fixed WI-Fi or internet connection, you can try to use a phone or tablet as a WI-Fi hotspot. However, this will then use your mobile data plan, which could be expensive for you depending on the data plan you have with your carrier. Note you will need 2 devices to set this up.

Turn on the WI-Fi hotspot feature on a phone or tablet. If you're not sure how to do this, refer to the manufacturer's support website.
Connect a second phone or tablet to that Wifi hotspot.
You can then use that second phone or tablet to setup your Google Home and connect it to the WI-Fi hotspot on the first phone or tablet.

Once setup completes, follow the steps below to pair your phone with it using Bluetooth:

Play music on your speaker or display using Bluetooth

Once your phone is paired with your speaker, you can turn off the Wi-Fi hotspot you created which will disconnect your speaker from Wi-Fi and the internet. It should continue to work as a Bluetooth speaker in an offline state.
