Google nest 2nd Gen sleep sensing stopped working

My google nest 2nd Gen sleep sensing was working but now stopped. I have tried all the things suggested in the help but it still won't work.

I am in Australia so it should work.

Please give me some new things to try to get it to work as I loved it so much and now miss it.

you'll have to reconfigure it, but I say try a Factor Reset: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477?hl=en
