Hi steveo999,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

Since this thread hasn't had activity in a while, we're going to close it to keep content fresh. Please check this guide:

Check for possible nearby interference sources like other Bluetooth devices, high voltage appliances, or devices connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If possible, place both devices in the same room.

Clear all paired Bluetooth devices with the voice command: “Hey Google, clear all Bluetooth devices.”

Reboot both devices then try to pair and connect again.

Reinstall the Google Home app.

Perform a Factory Data Reset (FDR) on the speaker or display and try to pair and connect again.

Try pairing your phone to a different Bluetooth speaker if you'll get the same result (If possible).

If the issue persists, feel free to submit another post and provide as many details as possible so that others can lend a hand. Hope this helps!

Best,

pulling my hair out! Bluetooth won’t stay connected. I have to keep rebooting my speaker pair to reconnect. All this wouldn’t matter if I could get Nest Audio to work well with Apple Music. I can’t play smartplaylists and other features using audio commands. I can’t chromecast to the speakers because Apple Music on Iphone doesn’t support that. I really just want to listen to music without the speakers always cutting out on bluetooth. Apple Music is the number one streaming music service please make it work better with Apple Music!
