Best hub max - cloud issue

I had a nest cam option pop up on my google home app for my google max hub. I connected it. The wife hated it so I wanted to remove just the camera option. Can’t do that. I removed the nest hub max instead. I rebooted it and reconnected the nest hub max. Now it says it has a problem connecting to the cloud. I had this thing for 2 years and never had an issue!! What the heck is this cloud crap??? HEEEELLLPP.

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing with your Google Nest Hub Max. Since you have mentioned that you already set up the nest camera, the only way that we can remove it is to totally reset the Google Nest Hub Max and set it up again. This time, as you set it up, disregard any prompts relating to Google Nest camera so it won't be activated.
