No Lights on Google nest mini

My Google Nest Mini has no power. It does not have any lights of any color. I have tried the plugging and unplugging 10 times and nothing .. my app says it needs to be connected to wifi however, with no power at all I can’t try to fix that . Factory reset does not give me any lights so no power. It was a gift in November and hasn’t been used while I was away . Came home and it no longer turns on. Any suggestions?
