Play Release Radar not working - Google Assistant plays an album called New Release Radar

As above.

Been reported many times, most recently December 2021. Seemed to be fixed, but now plays spam album instead of my Spotify playlist "Release Radar".

Amazon Alexa works perfectly when asking it to play the playlist.

Apologize for the late response. Let's check what's going on with your device.

A few questions: Which model does the customer have? Google Home Mini, Google Home, Google Home Max, Google Home Hub, etc? In which country are you coming from? Also, make sure you're using a regular Google Account.

Thanks for the update.

What's the exact command you've used? Do you have a premium account with Spotify? Could you try resetting your Google Home Max to its default settings?
