Running a routine is not silent

Every routine I run has a confirmation beebop sound before it runs. It used to run silently. That beebop sound is extremely annoying. How can I stop it.

With all the sound issues lately, I'm bout to trash all 7 devices I have. Google home is deteriorating fast.
