The Time has disappeared from all clock face options

My Clock Faces no longer display any time at all on my Google Nest Hub 2. For example, in Settings for the Display, if I choose the Weather clock, it still shows the temperature — but not the time. Then if I go back and select any of the other clock face options, all you can see is a blank screen with the Google Assistant icon in the upper left hand corner and my Google Account photo in the upper right hand corner. Where did all the clocks go?

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest display. Can someone tell me when did you notice this? Kindly get the cast firmware version of your Google Nest display so we can check further what's causing this to happen.

To check the firmware version:

Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device.
Open the Google Home app .
Tap the device card of the preferred speaker or display.
At the top-right, tap Settings Device information.
Under Technical information, find Cast firmware:X.XXX.XXXXX.

Lastly, if you haven't tried performing a complete reset, then please do so and let's checl if this would change its behavior.
