Is it possible to pre program a response to a certain question I ask my google.

"Hey google, how much do I love my wife? "

"To the moon and back!"

Yes you could use the Routine feature with 'Say something' option. Have a look at the Google Nest help center link below for more information and let us know if you need any further help.
