Thanks, Jake. I switched back to using my old gaming-quality Asus router rather than the Google pucks. Once I finally got the Mini connected to my network, the denspeaker.o network disappeared. I'm guessing that it was showing only while either connected to the Google router or was there only during setup (probably the most likely). At any rate, the problem seems to have solved itself, and I'm getting better wifi through a big house with a single strong router vs. the basic G mesh system.

Unsecure Google Home Mini?

When I look at wifi networks available in my house, I see one labeled "denspeaker.o". That's what I call my Mini, so I'm assuming it is my device. I see that every other network, mine and neighbors', has the "secured" lock icon in front of the network name, but there is no such lock symbol in front of "denspeaker.o". Is this a security vulnerability? Would people outside my home be able to hack into my home wifi network using this entry point? My home networks are protected by WPA2, router firewall, MS firewall, etc.

So glad to know that it is already working. Let's continue to monitor your device's behavior. I'll consider this post complete and will lock the thread now.
