Nest Mini doesn’t work

I just got a new Google nest Mini. However, when I plug it in, it doesn’t work. No matter the plug, it doesn’t work. How do we fix this?!?!

Do you mean the lights won't even turn on? Or you aren't able to set it up? Can you give any more info?
