Grey screen of death

My Google Hub is stuck on the gray screen. Factory resets have not worked, unplugging has not work and I cant find a solution anywhere. I have heard that Google knows of the issue and that they will replace this for free but I cant find contact information also any chat link. I am based in New Delhi, India.

Just to confirm, you're using the power cable and adapter that came with your device? By reset, you're referring to the recovery mode steps below?

For Google Nest Hub (1st gen)

Unplug your device then hold down the volume button while plugging it back in.
Release the volume button once the device turns back on.
Once the device boots into recovery mode, factory reset the device (hold down both the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time).

For Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) and Google Nest Hub Max

At the back of the display, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the screen with the G logo shows up.
Repeat step one 10 more times (for a complete total of 11 times).
After plugging the power cord back in for the 11th time, wait a few moments for the device to reset.
It should announce “Welcome to Google Home” to let you know it’s ready to set up.
