Help! Suddenly Not Broadcasting. The system thinks it's broadcasting when its really not!

[It's quite a post but I though I'd give as much info as possible for debug purposes]

We have a Nest Hub and two minis. Broadcast is/was working fine for years until sometime last week when I tried to broadcast from the hub to the minis, the hub returned a message "It seems there are no speakers connected".

Current G-Nest System Info:

Google Nest Hub Gen-1 / Firmware: 290464 / Cast Firmware: 1.56.290464
Google Mini Gen-1 / Firmware: 282045 / Cast Firmware: 1.56.28204

History:

System worked flawlessly for years in old our house using Xfinity broadband w/Arris Cable Modem and TP-Link AC1200 Router
Broadband service changed from Xfinity to Ting Fiber Gig speed and upgraded router to Linksys Velop Mesh system. Google Hub and Minis had no issues transitioning to Ting Fiber since I used the same SSID and Passwords in the Mesh system
We moved to a new house and went back to Xfinity service 600Mbps/Unlimited because Ting isn't available in the area.
Since we'd be using Xfinity's "xFi" modem/router (a rebranded Arris TG4482A) in our hew home, I didn't setup the Velop Mesh system.
Setting up the xFi modem/router with same SSID and Password, Google Nest Hub and Minis had no issues and worked flawlessly with xFi system.
Changed the home address on mine and my wife's Google Home apps to new address. No issues. G-Nest system continued to work flawlessly for weeks until last week, when Broadcast suddenly stopped working.

Below is summary of the experience and debug steps I performed:

Checked the app and showed all three are connected to the home network and linked on the same account.
Checked internet connectivity via "Hey Google, what is the weather today?". All three came up with the correct forecast as they should.
I rebooted (unplug/plug-in) all three and waited for a few minutes to settle then tested internet again via "Hey Google, what's the weather". All three came up with correct forecast as they should.
I tried to broadcast from the hub: Me: "Hey Google, Broadcast" / Hub: "Ok, what's the message"? / Me: "Test Broadcast" / Hub: "Ok, Broadcasting Now" - But the broadcasted message never went through!
The same issue occurs if I try to broadcast from: Hub->Specific Mini, Mini->Mini, Mini->Hub. The broadcasting equipment will say "Broadcasting Now" but the actual message never reaches the target - (Volume is up on all of them).
I then tried to broadcast from app. Message does go through but only on the hub, not on the minis. Also, it used to say "Broadcast from (My Name)". However, this time it only says "Incoming Broadcast" and doesn't say who the message is from.
I removed the hub and one mini off the account via app, reset them to factory default, power cycled both then once booted up, add them to the same account as if they were new equipment. Setup was straightforward with no issues. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem. Broadcast is still not working even though they are connected to the internet on the same home network and on the same Google account. The system thinks it's broadcasting when it's really not!
No. I don't have other G-Nest speakers or any G-Nest equipment outside of our home, nor did I help anyone setup theirs so I can't possibly and suddenly be broadcasting to a different household nest system.

Would anyone know what might be happening to my Google Nest system and how to resolve it?

UPDATE: Just thought to give an update for anyone who may encounter the same or similar issue. After doing a bit of trial and error, it seems the broadcasting issue is related to Xfinity's "xFi" modem/router - (Rebranded Arris TG4482A). Whether it be settings or incompatibility issues, I don't know, but something has changed because they did work for weeks initially. The working solution I have found is to cascade a second router to the Xfinity modem/router (LAN->WAN) and basically create a separate wireless network for the nest system only. So far, my G-Nest system is working again as they should.
