Hello!

I have had an issue with setting up a media alarm on my nest hub. I read that the media alarm feature itself is only available in Amercia however I live in Australia and had a nest mini and it worked. So I am confused as to how I can do this.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi Ophelia-Clare,

You can try making sure that the device is set up to use English US language settings.

Hello! Thank you for the tip, i am still confused as my nest mini was set to english australia and it worked on that, and they are meant to have the same programming?

Hi again,

I'm a UK user myself and I have my devices set up for English US language settings as this allows more but not all features to be accessible.

As said above I'm just a normal user myself and this community forum is mainly supported by other users and community specialist's so if you want to report this to the Google Nest team then use the feedback option.
