    <description>&lt;P&gt;Add another person to the list experiencing this problem!&amp;nbsp; In my case absolutely nothing has changed recently.&amp;nbsp; I've had the same router, the hub has been in the same location, no settings have been changed over the past 6 months.&amp;nbsp; Everything worked fine up until this weekend and suddenly the hub cannot connect to the internet.&amp;nbsp; It is intermittent with mine and if I unplug and re-plug it in, it finds the internet fine....and then looses it at some point.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset the router, did a factory reset on the hub, and re-added it to home and that didn't fix it.&amp;nbsp; I have a Pixel 6 Pro and various other google products that are working fine.&amp;nbsp; I'm at a loss unless something was changed on the backend this weekend, because we haven't changed anything.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When it is being set up, it will claim it is connected, but either it would not move off the connected screen or say something went wrong. Either way, it will subsequently say it can't connect to WiFi. I've included some steps below that will help you troubleshoot this. Some of them you may already have tried, but I've included them all for completeness.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;L&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;et's try these steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure your Google Home or Nest device is within 15-20 ft (4-6 m) of the WiFi router. If you have a dual band router, try to set up your device on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure WiFi, Location Services and Bluetooth are&amp;nbsp;turned ON on your phone or tablet.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn OFF mobile/cellular data.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot your router. When I try to connect to the Nest Hub’s wifi hotspot as you suggested, my phone will connect but will tell me that there is no internet connection, and when I go back into the Google Home app that network is not available on the network selection screen. However I have been able to register the hub on google home by doing this, but still not able to connect to WiFi. Have also tried everything suggested including different WiFi connections. I followed all the suggested steps here with no luck. I looked up how to factory reset the display and the Wifi setup worked like a charm after that. In order to factory reset it, you just gotta press both volume buttons in the back and hold for 10 seconds. I hope that helps!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have exactly the same issue with the other mentioned above.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I appreciate and looking forward to learning how to fix this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Symptom &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;/STRONG&gt;Setup Nest Hub stop at the wifi selection step because no wifi network is available for selection.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Nest Hub works fine until Feb 2022. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Suddenly&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; it goes back to the setup screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have to set it up again from the Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It stops at the wifi selection screen. The Google Home app does not find any Wifi available for selection.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The other google devices at my home (Nest Mini, Chromecast) still be able to connect to wifi and work &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;just&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;List of work that I have done and didn't work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":sad_but_relieved_face:"&gt;😥&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Follow the checklist from Google documentation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try to use the Google Home app on different Android devices and iPhones.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot Router several times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open wifi hotspot from laptop/mobile.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Factory reset Nest Hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note on Factory reset &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_screaming_in_fear:"&gt;😱&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the both volume up/down buttons. The process of factory reset hanging at a gray screen. It cannot finish the factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unplug/Plug the power cord to help reboot the Nest Hub. It started and after a while, it stayed on the white screen.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same problem. Any solutions available? I figured something was updated and now my old generation nest hubs are not working, everything else went down and the newer items rebooted themselves. The nest hub max did not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue, two Google home minis in my house were randomly no longer available as options to stream to from Spotify. I reset them, went through the setup process using the Google Home app on my iPhone and on the last step of the setup process, connecting to wifi failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out the issue is that I had DFS Channels enabled on my router, once I turned that option off I was able to complete the setup on my minis and everything worked as normal. I assume my router picked a channel that the minis didn't like, which is why they couldn't connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps for everyone having issues!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened to me as well I tried everything and was just about to get a new router well I ended up doing is taking it to A completely different place. This than brought up all of the start up information and set up of the home device . Then when I brought it home again it worked. That’s what fixed it for me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
