Explicit music on speaker

I use this speaker for my child and ask Google to play Raffi from Spotify. Up until a week ago it has worked great and played the kids artist Raffi. Now all the speaker will play is a rapper named Raffi. Anyone else having similar issues? I tried setting up a content filter for the speaker but that did not help.

Glad you reached out.

Have you already checked Spotify's settings wherein it can skipped songs with explicit words? Check out this setting:

Click in the top-right and select Settings.
Under Explicit Content, switch Allow playback of explicit-rated content off.

Tracks marked as explicit now appear grayed out. It’s not possible to play them, and they’re automatically skipped.

Lastly, you can also try this setting from the Home app:

Open the Google Home app .
Tap Settings Digital Wellbeing Set up or Add device filter.
