&lt;P&gt;That certainly hasn’t been easy for you — let’s check what’s going on with your Google Nest Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A quick question: what's the exact message you're getting when connecting your Nest Hub to the network?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Turn on Bluetooth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect and reconnect your phone from the Wi-Fi network.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your phone, Nest Hub and router for a minute or two to refresh the connection.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the issue persists, try &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3aevCOg" target="_blank"&gt;resetting&lt;/A&gt; your Nest Hub.&lt;/LI&gt;
