N'est Audio stuck on 2 dots. Hard reboot not working

Hello!

Coming back home after a few days out, I found the Nest audio on 2 dots. I rebooted it and didn't really checked on it, but in the morning it was stuck on 4 dots. I rebooted one more time, and it's now stuck on 2 dots as soon as I plug the power. No response whatsoever. I tried the 11 time reboot to no avail yet. Any idea?

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on.

I'd like to verify a few things regarding this.

Are you using the original power cable of your Google Nest Audio?
Is it plugged in directly to a power outlet?
Are you getting a solid white LED or blinking white LED?
Where and when did you purchase your Google Nest Audio?

I'd love to know more about this so we can sort this thing out. Let us know by responding to this thread.
