Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest device is not responding to your voice commands. That is not a great start! I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some quick questions.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Which Google Nest device do you have? (model name, generation number)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your device connected to the same WiFi network as your other devices?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your device showing up as connected on the Google Home App?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Could&amp;nbsp;you please try to do a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3ohpzMN" target="_blank"&gt;reboot&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3aevCOg" target="_blank"&gt;Factory Data Reset&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on your device? Are there any improvements?&amp;nbsp;

  &lt;LI&gt;A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.&lt;/LI&gt;
