I’m trying to set up my Nest hub. When I set it up it changes my Internet and then I have no connection. How do I get the nest hub and my modem connected to the same Internet?

Thanks for reaching out.

Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Check this guide for the steps by steps instruction on how to set up your device.
