Google mini is very slow turning my lights on or off

I have no idea what has gone wrong but Google mini takes about 10 seconds to turn my lifx lights on or off through voice or by pressing the icon in the Google home app. (before it was virtually instant)

Through the lifx app its instance.

Everything else works well and fast with the Google mini, answering questions, turning on my TV, it's just the lights 😞

I have rebooted the router, I have unplugged and plugged back the Google mini, I have told Google mini to forget the network and then re added the device again, no luck at all.

Any ideas please.

Sounds like it could be a communication issue with the lifx devices and google. The bulbs themselves may need to be "reset", you can also try asking google to "sync my devices" and see if any errors popup

Thanks for your reply Ashepherdson, it's much appreciated, I did not know about the command to re sync devices, I did try it and it did not work 😞

However I unlinked my lights in the Google home app then relinked them and they now turn on and off instantly 🙂

Had a similar issue with my Hue lights and Nabu Casa Home Assistant, out of nowhere (about a week ago) I started to have a 5/6 seconds delay after all my commands. Unlinking and linking the accounts fixed it.
