I'm so sorry that you're having issues with trying to connect your smart lights to your app, I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you.

Would you mind letting me know what troubleshooting steps you have taken to try and fix this? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
