"Tap to pause" stopped working on both of my Nest Mini devices

Previously, when music was playing on our Nest Mini speakers, we could tap the center of speaker to pause the music. But just in the past couple weeks, this no longer works (on either of our Nest Mini devices) - tapping the center of the speaker now just causes it to light up briefly but does not pause the music.

Any advice on how to resolve this?

Hi @MarkSchwab

Another community member reported: "Google changed the gesture to play/pause from a center tap to a side tap+hold (same as volume, except that you hold after tapping) !!!"

Can you try that and see if it works?
