I've seen several posts relating to this but nothing has fixed the issue. Rebooting fixes the problem for the day 100% of the time.

Yeah, Google Nest acknowledges the problem and says they're working on it:

For us, it doesn't happen on both Nest Hubs every night, and sometimes just opening the Google Home app restores the weather data.
